Alerts are triggers that are generated as a result of an event. For example a trigger can be set when vehicle is traveling over 110 KPH. An alert will be generated and sent via email to an number of users.
Alert Conditions
The alerts are generated based on a condition, in this case, “Speeding”. The alert can be tailored further and only triggered at certain times, for example Mon – Fri 06.00hrs – 18.00 hours. In addition the alert trigger can be vehicle and driver specific.
In other words, the example can be trigger only when:
Driver : Paul is
Driving vehicle Rego ABC 123
Between 06.00 – 18.00 Monday to Friday
