Home Assist Family – AS4607 Compliant
Home Assist Family includes the base unit and emergency button with a fall detection pendant/wristband. Activity sensors are placed in key areas of the home, for example, the kitchen and bathroom, in addition to the activity sensors, a door contact for the entrance door, tracking the loved ones’ daily routines.
The data from the sensors is shared with family members using the Family App
Our Pendants and Wristband feature a fall detection system that will automatically raise an alert with our monitoring team, who will assess the situation, liaise with emergency contacts, and, where necessary, call an ambulance.
The Home Assist control panel is the central communication hub for managing and communicating between the system peripherals, the Home Assist cloud, our monitoring partners,and the end-user applications.

Central Communications System
The Home Asset control panel is the central communication gateway for managing and communicating between the system peripherals, the Home Assist cloud, the monitoring station, and the end-user applications. The main capability of the Home Assist control panel is the onboard EMERGENCY CALL button.
