Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

 

1. Timeframe for Returns

  • Change of mind: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery or purchase.
  • Faulty/damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt, tax invoice, or order confirmation).

 

3. Exclusions

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Digital products/downloads (unless faulty)

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: Customer pays return postage.
  • Faulty/damaged/incorrect items: We cover the cost of return shipping.

 

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g. credit card, PayPal, EFTPOS). Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive the returned item.

 

6. How to Return

  • In-store purchases: Bring your item and proof of purchase to any of our locations.

7. Consumer Guarantees

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to do what it is supposed to.
