Simply Unified provides the following payment options for online and in-store customers:

Simply Unified accept payment from Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

1.2 PayPal

Choose to pay via PayPal on our online store or via a secure link sent from individual invoices.

1.3 Direct Deposit

Invoices can be paid directly into our bank account.

1.4 Direct Debit

For monthly or annual service fees, clients can choose to transfer funds via direct debit.

2. Payment Failure

All goods remain the property of Simply Unified until paid for in full.

Refund Policy

1. Full Refund

Full refunds are offered on all products where the product is faulty. Please review our Terms and Conditions for more information.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all products other than Blackline Safety, SPOT or Duress.

Claiming a Refund

1. 14-Day Money-Back

A written request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Clients must return the product in its original packaging and include any accessories. Return shipping costs will be at the client’s expense.

2. Fees and Charges

Where we have shipped goods to you as part of total costs, we reserve the right to re-claim freight.

Where a product has an attached service plan, we reserve the right to claim usage fees on a pro-rata basis.

Simply Unified reserves the right to modify its payment and refund policy at any time.

All such changes will appear on this page. Any modifications shall be effective 14 days after publication.
